Services & Charges London Estates

Introduction Tenancy Fee 9.6% inc. VAT (8% + VAT) minimum charge £1,200.00 inc. VAT (£1000.00 + VAT)

Rent Collection Service Fee 12% inc. VAT (10% + VAT)

Full Management Fee 18% inc VAT (15% + VAT)

Tenancy Administration Fee £200.00 inc. VAT (£166 + VAT)

Renewal Tenancy Fee 9.6% Inc. VAT (8% + VAT)

Additional Property Inspection Fee per Visit (if required) £100.00 Inc. VAT (£84.00 + VAT)

Interest will be charged for late payment of fees 4% Above the Bank of England Base rate.
