Located in West London, Fulham is home to some of the most beautiful and expensive houses of London. Sitting nicely between Chelsea and Putney and neighbouring Sloane Square and Knightsbridge it is definitely a well-surrounded area. Another pleasant addition to Fulham is that it is cosily nested in a bend of the River Thames, offering many possibilities for beautiful riverside walks and terraces with a view.

Fulham is located in zone 2 and has 3 stops on the District Line: Fulham Broadway, Parsons Green and Putney Bridge. The location is very convenient, from there you can reach central London in only 20 minutes. The area is also very well connected in terms of buses, the bus routes 11, 14 and 295 and all head towards central London. You won’t feel isolated in Fulham that’s for sure!

Fulham is a lovely residential area, a place for many beautiful walks such as the Thames Path /Riverside Walk, offering beautiful views of the river, or just generally around the neighbourhoods. Perfect if you’re a runner!

For a bit of exclusive shopping, Fulham Road is the place for you. Filled with vintage shops, galleries and luxury interior designers. Fulham Road is also known for its vast range of shops from independent artisan to high-end designers, with the short parade of Antique shops at the south end of Lillie Road Fulham Palace is a lovely Sunday afternoon destination. Former home to the Bishop of London it is now filled with many things to see such a museum that explains the history of the building, the Drawing Room Cafe and its botanical gardens.

Parks can be found all over Fulham – Lillie Road Recreational Park, Bishops Park and Norman Park, South Park and Hurlingham park to name a few.

The River Cafe opened in 1987 and over the years it has built quite a reputation. They now serve one of the best Italian food in London, their ingredients are all completely organic and you can taste it. It is quite expensive with lots of celebrity A-listers as patrons of London go there but why not go for a summer lunch on the terrace, have a plate of pasta and live your best life!

The White Horse will never disappoint the beer lovers. Each week they have large varieties of local and international beers and the staff are really good at explaining them all and recommending something for everyone’s taste. It offers a bustling crowd at the weekends and weather permitting a BBQ on the outside terrace.
