Estate Agent & Letting Agent in Ealing, W5

Ealing has been known as ‘The Queen of the Suburbs’ for many years now. In terms of population, it’s the 3rd largest in London, which is a good sign that it’s both popular and has a property to suit all needs and budgets. The average house price in the borough is close to the half a million mark, but you can still find some absolute bargains at a fraction of that.

Those that live in Ealing benefit from the large open spaces that are dotted around the area. Walpole Park is a popular destination, with the impressive Pitzhanger Manor House sat resplendently in the centre of it. But there are many other outdoor spaces to choose from when living in Ealing.

Ealing Broadway is a magnet for foodies and shoppers alike. It was refurbished not that long ago, with £14 million spent updating the ageing Broadway and transforming it into a modern spot that rivals much of the rest of London for food quality and variety. In addition, Ealing is home to the largest amateur dramatic playhouse in the whole of Europe – Questor’s Theatre.

Edgehill Road contains some of the most expensive properties in Ealing, with large family homes the order of the day in a range that goes upwards from £2 million. These tend to be snapped up pretty quickly as the prices compare favourably to similarly sized properties in the rest of this part of London.

Dickens Yard, close to the refurbished Broadway, is an attractive bet for those who want modern living close to the attractions of the bars and restaurants. When the Crossrail service is complete, this will be another benefit for this part of town. Residents quote the excellent community spirit as a reason they live here.
